Change "Delete last track" keyboard shortcut

Having a single key ('d') do something destructive (without confirmation) is a huge problem. Especially when that key is right next to 's' for Save!! Talk about tempting fate.

I propose changing the keyboard shortcut for "Delete last track" to something with a modifier, like Shift+D, CTRL+D, ALT+D, or even CTRL+ALT+D, whichever one isn't already used for something.

I second that. Especially since the "Undo" command makes Cinelerra crash too often.
