Description

Hi all, i had some problems with cinelerra interface on my ubuntu and after a quick search on the web i discovered that the problem is with the codification of the language file.
The actual "pt_BR" is in "ISO8859-1", but the most recommended codification is the UTF-8, wich is fully supported by GNU/Linux systems. I don't know exactly how to solve this problem, but for brazilians would be very good to have the interface without language issues. =) I'm attaching an printscreen of the problem. All "accents" have problems. This make very difficult to work.
