Viewer - Main window 'splice' key combo should be the same

When viewer is active, in main window, there should be a keycombo that acts as
the 'v' would be pressed in viewer window...

the same combo should work in viewer window.

it is very annoying to paste when you want to splice actually, but have a wrong
window active ...
